Beton Parke Makinası KPM 1025

KPM 1025 Beton Parke Makinası; Tam Otomatik olarak çalışan bir makinadır. Makinanın hareketi bir PLC micro işlemci bilgisayarla programlammıştır.

Her çeşit parke taşları, bordür taşları, briket ve çim taşları gibi prefabrik beton elemanlarını seri bir şekilde üretir.

Kalıp faydalı alanı ve palet ebatları briket ve asmolen gibi elemanları iki sıra üretebilecek şekilde belirlemmiştir.

Makinada 20 cm'lik briketten bir baskıda 10 adet, 15cm'lik briketten bir baskıda 12 adet ve 10 cm'lik briketten de bir baskıda 16 adet üretilebilir.

Kalıp ve baskının haricinde ince ve kalın harç bölümleri de sert kromlu kolon milleri üzerinde hareket ettirilir.

İnce harç bölümünün kullanılmadığı; briket, asmolen ve bazı özel bloklar ile tek agregalı beton parke taşı üretmek isteyen müşterilerimiz için KPM 1025 tek bunkerli olarak da imal edilmiştir.

  • Beton Bordür Makinası Full Otomatik: Bordür üretimi için kullanılan, taşınabilir/bölgesel sınırlara göre değişen genişlikteki bordür profillerini otomatik olarak kalıplama, şekillendirme, kırık/dilimlemeyi ve yüzey işlemlerini yapan entegre üretim hattı. Tam otomatik sistemler, malzeme besleme, karıştırma, kalıplama, kür, demonte edilme ve sevk süreçlerini PLC/SCADA tabanlı bir otomasyonla yürütür.

  • Amaç: İnsan müdahalesini minimize etmek, üretim kapasitesini artırmak, tutarlı ürün kalitesi sağlamak ve işçilik maliyetlerini düşürmek.

2) Temel Özellikler (Genel Çerçeve)

  • Besleme ve Karıştırma: Ham beton veya hazır karışımların otomatik olarak besleme istasyonuna alınması; su, agrega ve katkı maddelerinin anlık oranlarda otomatik kontrolü.

  • Kalıplama ve Şekillendirme: Bordür profillerinin istenen boyut/şekilde kalıplanması. Modüler kalıplama sistemiyle farklı profil seçenekleri (düz, yarım daire, ribbed yüzey vb.) uygulanabilir.

  • Kurutma/Kür: Prefabrik bordürler için kontrollü kür alanı veya hızlı kurutma çözümleri; iç/dış mekân koşulları için uygun hava akışı ve nem kontrolü.

  • Kesme ve Cila/İşleme: Üretim sonrası kesim toleranslarına göre otomatik kesim veya yüzey işlemleri (pürüzsüzleştirme, boyama, kaplama).

  • Taşıma ve Montaj Otomasyonu: Ürünlerin ambalajlanması, taşıma konveyörleri üzerinde taşıması ve sevk işlemleri.

  • Kontrol Sistemi: PLC tabanlı otomasyon, sensörler (yükseklik, basınç, sıcaklık), hata algılama ve acil durdurma (E-stop) sistemleri.
